Oysters Love the Lowcountry

In terms of the Oyster, I was fairly naive when we moved to Hilton Head ten years ago. I had never had an Oyster and had never really heard of an Oyster Roast. I thought Oyster Roasts were something Hilton Head had invented. I know, that’s silly.  As I’ve become more of a “lowcountry local”
